April Bellia is an entrepreneur with a baking background. Her professional career started over 20 years ago as a dessert chef and wedding cake designer, under the namesake April Cakes. Her next company, Granola Girl was founded in 2008 and later incorporated in 2011. The company now services over 250 grocery stores in Western Canada. April is a wife and mother of 3 teenagers, so she understands the importance of providing good and healthy food for families and young people. Her granola is made with high quality, natural and organic ingredients. April is known locally to be the face for the conscious entrepreneur that is making an impact. Her energy is contagious and the mission behind her product is compelling – to encourage young girls and women to believe that they are enough, as their beautiful natural selves.

April is also a co-founder of Serendipity Tea Party and Good in the Hood, heart-based networking events. In 2017, April launched the Granola Girl Foundation, a fundraising platform to provide scholarships for youth in the areas of girl empowerment and entrepreneurship. Since 2015, April has been serving her community as an intuitive coach and start-up business consultant. She is passionate about finding spirit, freedom, truth, and love in all the work that she does.
